  The chicken sandwich literally is one of the top five BEST sandwiches I have ever eaten. The flavors of the grilled chicken, fresh beautiful thick cut mozzarella, basil, spinach, garlic, aoli, red onion and tomato, big flavors in every bite, and on that roll... amazing!
  
  Minus one star for the Margarita Pizza, uninspired and lacking....come on guys, you do good food, keep it up and fix this pizza.

  I have had wagyu steak and that aint no wagyu they served me from the menu. The cut was to thick and for a guy that order meat rare to have a 3inch thick medallion cut for wagyu dont work.
  
  Over all i would still say its still a great place to come and grab some beers and bar food maybe a few desserts hang out with some friend or even birthday gatherings.

  It was my first time in Paso Robles with a group of girls for a bachelorette party so our first stop was this brewery. I'll start off with parking. There is a parking lot but it's not directly next to the restaurant so you'll see cars parked along the side of street. We chose to park in the parking lot and walk over. It was the middle of the day on a Thursday so it was pretty empty.
  
  It was a little confusing to figure out which door you walk in and where the host was, but we eventually found it. It took a little while for someone to notice and get us seated. There were plenty of tables that seated large parties. Once our whole party had arrived, our waitress was very sweet and attentive. She gave recommendations and checked on our table pretty consistently. For appetizers, I ordered the ahi tuna tacos and the buffalo cauliflower. It was really interesting to see the head of cauliflower on a plate, but it was cooked perfectly and came with a special ranch that had pieces of what tasted like green onion. My friend and I split a fried chicken sandwich and an ahi tuna salad. The chicken sandwich was moist and crunchy. It was really good. The ahi tuna salad was delicious but wasn't anything super special. I also ordered a glass of rosé that was crisp and refreshing. The other side of the table had ordered the jalapeño tots that weren't spicy at all but were really hard to stop eating.

  Very good food and very good beers.  Really, what more do you want?
  
  Sure, it's as big as the Rose Bowl and as corporate as can be.  Never mind.
  
  They have many interesting beers here and you absolutely should stray far from the ones you could buy at the grocery store.  Their dark stouts, in particular, were terrific.  You can do tasters here so you might as well try something different.
  
  I tried the popular tri-tip sandwich and it was delicious.  I was only disappointed in the accompanying side of pinquito beans which were virtually tasteless.  Pinquitos--when done right--are wonderful.  Here, they were just filler.
  
  The place is kid-friendly, casual, and a lot fun.  Cornhole on the back/side patio, too.

  Firestone brewing had a relaxed atmosphere. Hung out with a bunch of friends and got a table right away. The service was excellent and our waitress was so kind enough to split our checks 4 different ways and did not charge gratuity for large parties. Definitely recommend the beer samples and the poke tacos !
